Baby Loss Awareness Ribbon Display

9th – 15th October

Remembering every baby, supporting every family.

To mark Baby Loss Awareness Week, Dalmeny and Queensferry Parish Church will be hosting a special ribbon display at the main gates of Queensferry Church from 9th–15th October.

The display is a place to remember and honour babies who have died during pregnancy, at birth, or in infancy, and to acknowledge the families, friends and communities who continue to carry their loss.

Each ribbon represents a story, a precious life remembered, and a love that continues.

This display aims to provide a quiet, visible reminder that no baby is forgotten and no family should feel alone in their grief.

Everyone is welcome to take a moment at the display, whether you have experienced baby loss yourself, are supporting someone who has, or simply wish to stand alongside families during Baby Loss Awareness Week.

A ribbon of remembrance

We invite members of our community to join us in remembering babies who are no longer with us. A ribbon can be a simple but meaningful way to say:

“You are remembered. You are loved. You are not forgotten.”

The display will remain at the main gates of Queensferry Parish Church throughout Baby Loss Awareness Week, 9th–15th October.

We hope it will be a place of remembrance, reflection, compassion and support for everyone who passes by.
